CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: In this randomized clinical trial of chlamydia screening, an alert directed to medical assistants was associated with increased odds of a test ordered in primary care practices. CONCLUSION: The study highlights the importance of systematic approach and documentation for adapting implementation strategies to real-world conditions. The modified strategies intend to offer a feasible approach to integrated MSUD care in Faridabad district of Haryana. The findings indicate feasibility and system fit. Induction of Cure in Early Arthritis (I CEA): results of a randomised clinical trial to compare three treatment strategies in recent onset undifferentiated arthritis
CONCLUSIONS: In patients with UA, early DMARD treatment led to greater improvement in disease activity over 3 months compared with NSAIDs, with the improvement for baricitinib reaching statistical significance.
