BACKGROUND: To our knowledge, there are no evidence-based implementation strategies for care cascade optimisation of mental, neurological, and substance use (MNS) disorder treatment in low-income and middle-income countries. This trial evaluated the effectiveness of the Systems Analysis and Improvement Approach for Mental Health (SAIA-MH) implementation strategy to improve MNS disorder care cascade outcomes in Mozambique.

GRACE score for risk stratification and completeness of revascularization in older patients with myocardial infarction
CONCLUSION: The GRACE score was confirmed to be predictive of adverse outcomes even in older MI patients. Physiology-guided complete revascularization was associated with benefit across the GRACE spectrum, suggesting that the GRACE score alone should not preclude this strategy in older patients with MI.

Predictive value of OGTT parameters and clinical markers in gestational diabetes mellitus: a prospective randomized controlled trial from a tertiary center in Turkiye
CONCLUSION: The one-step 75 g OGTT increases diagnostic labeling without improving short-term clinical outcomes. Post-load OGTT values-particularly 2-hour glucose levels-provide the most clinically meaningful prognostic information and may support a risk-stratified approach to GDM management rather than expansion of diagnostic thresholds alone.
