A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial of Extracorporeal Vaginal Peflex Weights for Enhancing Pelvic Floor Function and Relieving Stress Urinary Incontinence
CONCLUSIONS: Peflex weights effectively reduce SUI symptoms and improve muscle power and endurance, with high user satisfaction. However, there was no significant difference in the main outcome measure (ICIQ-UI-SF) between the Peflex and control groups. Further research is needed to identify which patients benefit most from this treatment.

The Influence of Berberine on Vascular Function Parameters, Among Them VEGF, in Individuals with MAFLD: A Double-Blind, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Trial
CONCLUSIONS: BBR appears to be a safe and promising adjunct in MAFLD therapy, potentially exerting reparative effects through VEGF modulation and vascular support. Further research is warranted to confirm its long-term impact and elucidate underlying protective mechanisms.

Tai chi or cognitive behavioural therapy for treating insomnia in middle aged and older adults: randomised non-inferiority trial
CONCLUSION: Tai chi was inferior to CBT-I at month 3 but non-inferior at month 15. This finding supports the use of tai chi as an alternative approach for the long term management of chronic insomnia in middle aged and older adults.

De-Escalation Dual Antiplatelet Strategy in Stabilized Myocardial Infarction Patients With Diabetes Mellitus
CONCLUSIONS: In MI patients with DM, 1-month unguided de-escalation to clopidogrel after ticagrelor-based DAPT was associated with clinical benefit without increasing ischemic risk. These results warrant further prospective validation.

Effect of ADOPT model-based nursing intervention on self-management ability in patients with middle and low rectal cancer after sphincter-preserving surgery
CONCLUSION: ADOPT model-based nursing intervention significantly improved self-management ability and quality of life while reducing postoperative complications in patients with middle and low rectal cancer after sphincter-preserving surgery.
