Effect of Motivational Interviewing on Exclusive Breastfeeding in Working Mothers: A Randomized Controlled Trial
CONCLUSIONS: The present study revealed that single-session MI telephone-based intervention helped boost maternal motivation for EBF, especially for those with inadequate BSE. Public health interventions that help nurture breastfeeding friendly culture in the workplace and community should be coupled with individualized interventions to dampen early cessation of breastfeeding.

Exploring the feedback effects of incentive methods on HIV rapid self-testing among men who have sex with men in Chongqing, China
CONCLUSION: Our results show no significant differences in feedback rates across groups at follow-up time points. Significant differences in feedback rate trends among the three groups were observed, with the extra lottery incentive providing more sustained motivation for feedback. And privacy concerns are crucial for expanding HIVST among MSM via social apps.

CONCLUSION: The combination of Eribulin and Pyrotinib emerges as a viable treatment option for HER2-positive advanced breast cancer patients who have exhibited resistance to trastuzumab. Despite advancements in anti-HER2 therapies, further research is required to address remaining challenges in this specific clinical scenario.
