CONCLUSION: Automated oxygen titration is feasible in the home setting, achieving more time with normoxia, but it required a wide flow range and continuous SpO2 monitoring. The patients reported a clinically relevant reductions in COPD symptoms measured with CCQ. The clinical importance of controlling SpO(2) needs to be examined in a larger study.

An extended cost-effectiveness analysis of decentralised TB diagnostic testing with Molbio Truenat MTB/RIF versus hub-and-spoke GeneXpert MTB/RIF in Mozambique and Tanzania
CONCLUSION: The intervention reduced patient costs and improved outcomes across SES groups. Decentralised TB testing with the Molbio Truenat platform is both cost-saving and more effective and cost-effective compared with a hub-and-spoke model in Mozambique and Tanzania.

Mobile App-Guided Exposure Therapy for Panic Disorder With and Without Agoraphobia: Randomized Controlled Trial
