Cost-Effectiveness of Home-Based Self-Sampling vs Clinician Sampling for Anal Precancer Screening
CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: The findings of this economic analysis suggest that home-based anal cancer screening is a cost-effective approach to increasing screening participation among SGM individuals. Home-based screening may serve as a valuable and efficient tool for expanding screening rates.

Repeatability and quality assessment of QFR in the FAVOR III Europe trial: the REPEAT-QFR study
CONCLUSIONS: In FAVOR III Europe, agreement between in-procedure and core laboratory QFR was modest. Measurement variability increased with reduced angiographic quality, poor in-procedure QFR analysis quality, and more advanced coronary artery disease.

Fluoxetine versus N-acetylcysteine in reducing craving in Indian men with alcohol dependence syndrome: a randomised controlled trial
CONCLUSION: Both fluoxetine and NAC were effective in reducing alcohol craving over 12 weeks, with greater reduction in the NAC group at each follow-up assessment. The NAC group also had a lower relapse rate and better adherence and tolerability.

Clinical trial of press needle therapy with low-dose atropine for mild myopia in children
CONCLUSION: Periocular acupuncture with low dose atropine solution (.01%) seems to be a safe and more effective method as compared with conventional treatment alone for controlling mild myopia in children. Large scale trials should be conducted for validating these findings.
