Pharmacotherapy versus photobiomodulation therapy in patients with temporomandibular disorders: randomized clinical trial
CONCLUSION: Photobiomodulation therapy was more efficient in the improvement of pain, mouth opening, joint clicking, and tenderness of TMDs compared to the pharmacotherapy with MEGAFEN. Further investigations are required to establish a standard laser protocol for TMDs.

Evaluation of Postoperative Pain with Cryotherapy after Single-visit Endodontics in Teeth with Symptomatic Irreversible Pulpitis and Apical Periodontitis
CONCLUSION: The findings suggest that cryotherapy with cold saline is significantly more effective than regular saline in reducing postoperative pain in patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and apical periodontitis. This method effectively lowers pain levels at 24 and 48 hours, improving patient comfort and satisfaction.

Acceptability of home-based HPV self-sampling for cervical cancer screening among users and providers in the West region of Cameroon: a cross-sectional study
CONCLUSION: Home-based HPV self-sampling was highly accepted across all study groups and was unaffected by sociodemographic factors. Previous screening practices were associated with age, income, and knowledge. Home-based HPV self-sampling screening can address access disparities to CC screening. Community involvement in planning and implementing these programs is essential to ensure their success.

Dual modulation of lipid and glucose metabolism by a nutraceutical combination in patients at cardiometabolic risk: results from a multicenter randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSIONS: Taken together, our findings indicate that the treatment with a NUT combination containing Morus alba simultaneously reduces plasma levels of LDL-C and glucose.

Effects of Training Modalities and Additional Pain Education on Exercise-Induced Hypoalgesia in People With Osteoarthritis of the Knee: A Randomised Controlled Feasibility Trial
CONCLUSION: Progression to a larger study is warranted. RTL, but also AET and RTU may induce EIH in people with knee OA. Pain education might have a useful supporting function, but its effect would need to be determined in a study design using a control group that receives training and no education.

CONCLUSION: Elevated MAP is associated with dysregulation of glucose and lipid metabolism and alterations in endocrine hormone levels. It may thus serve as a promising screening approach for IR-related conditions in patients with PCOS.
