Hypotension prediction index smart alerts and trends to improve compliance with goal-directed hemodynamic therapy: a feasibility study
CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrated the potential for HPI Smart Alerts to improve compliance with an intraoperative GDHT algorithm in adults undergoing moderate to high-risk non-cardiac surgery. A low burden of intra-operative hypotension was observed, suggesting potential decreases in other associated adverse outcomes. Larger-scale randomized studies are warranted.

Outcome of silicone oil tamponade combined dexamethasone implantation in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy and retinal detachment undergoing vitrectomy: a prospective randomized controlled clinical trial
CONCLUSION: In patients with proliferative diabetes retinopathy complicated with retinal detachment, the combination of vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade and dexamethasone implantation can reduce the incidence of preretinal proliferative membrane and macular epiretinal membrane and improve the visual outcome during 1 year follow-up.

The effect of exercises done with virtual reality glasses on pain, daily life activities, and quality of life of individuals with lumbar disc hernia: a randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSION: Virtual reality -based exercises effectively reduced pain, improved daily activities and quality of life, and decreased fall risk in lumbar disc herniation patients, suggesting their potential as a complementary rehabilitation approach. Blinding was not applied due to the nature of the interventions, which may introduce a potential risk of bias.

Comparison of three different puncture techniques for endobronchial ultrasound transbronchial needle aspiration: a single-center, prospective, randomized controlled study
CONCLUSIONS: All three EBUS-guided puncture techniques exhibited high diagnostic accuracy and low bleeding risk, with no statistically significant differences observed. These findings suggest that technique selection may depend on operator preference or the clinical context rather than superiority in diagnostic performance.
