Prospective associations between sleep quality and sexual satisfaction in distressed breast cancer survivors: Secondary analysis from the Apps Reaching Cancer Survivors randomized trial
CONCLUSIONS: Poor sleep and low sexual satisfaction commonly co-occur among distressed breast cancer survivors and are cross-sectionally related. However, changes in these domains occurred independently over time, highlighting the importance of evaluating both concerns and providing domain-specific survivorship care.

Efficacy of β-Blockers in Older Adults With Hypertension Combined With Vascular Dementia
CONCLUSION: The β-blocker metoprolol effectively controlled blood pressure, significantly reduced levels of pro-inflammatory factors and specific vascular injury markers, and improved cognitive function and behavioral symptoms in older patients with hypertension combined with vascular dementia, suggesting its therapeutic efficacy for this condition. However, attention should be paid to its associated adverse reactions.

Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture Combined With Acupoint Patching in Treating Chronic Pelvic Pain as a Sequela of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
CONCLUSION: Acupuncture combined with acupoint patching demonstrates significant efficacy in treating SPID-CPP. This combined therapy effectively reduces pain in SPID-CPP patients, decreases serum levels of inflammatory factors, and significantly improves patients’ quality of life.

Genomic Biomarker for Prostate Cancer Focal Therapy: Post Hoc Assessment of a Phase II Clinical Trial
CONCLUSION: In patients with PCa otherwise suitable for management with focal therapy, a high GC score (≥0.45) was independently associated with treatment failure. A GC score derived from diagnostic biopsy can be used to help predict focal therapy outcomes.

Optimized Biopsy Strategy for Transition Zone Prostate Cancer With Enhanced Perilesional Sampling: A Retrospective Analysis and Clinical Trial Validation
CONCLUSION: Our study found that PZ biopsies offer no additional benefit for TZ lesion tumors, and increasing the number of cores in the TZ region can compensate for the current limitations of TZ biopsies. These findings provide potential avenues for optimizing biopsy strategies for TZ lesions.
