CONCLUSION: Early response rate to vunakizumab was 54.0% in patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, where female gender and naïve status to local therapy predicted early response.

The efficacy of combined povidone-iodine 1% and dexamethasone 0.08% prepared eye drops in treating post-viral corneal subepithelial infiltrates
CONCLUSION: Combined povidone-iodine 1% and dexamethasone 0.08% eye drops offer superior improvement in SEIs, BCVA, and symptom relief, with lower recurrence compared to individual treatments. These findings suggest a potential synergistic effect of combined treatment in managing SEIs.

Ultrasound-guided nerve block anesthesia improves perioperative pain in patients undergoing free flap reconstruction for head-and-neck tumor: a randomized, controlled trial
CONCLUSION: Ultrasound-guided iliac fascia combined with trigeminus block anesthesia is an effective method for pain management in patients who underwent head-and-neck tumor surgery in conjunction with the simultaneous repair using the vascularized anterolateral femoral free flap.

Effect of Motivational Interviewing on Exclusive Breastfeeding in Working Mothers: A Randomized Controlled Trial
CONCLUSIONS: The present study revealed that single-session MI telephone-based intervention helped boost maternal motivation for EBF, especially for those with inadequate BSE. Public health interventions that help nurture breastfeeding friendly culture in the workplace and community should be coupled with individualized interventions to dampen early cessation of breastfeeding.

CONCLUSION: Our results show no significant differences in feedback rates across groups at follow-up time points. Significant differences in feedback rate trends among the three groups were observed, with the extra lottery incentive providing more sustained motivation for feedback. And privacy concerns are crucial for expanding HIVST among MSM via social apps.
