Swallowing prehabilitation for people with head and neck cancer: a pilot cluster-randomised feasibility trial of the SIP SMART intervention
CONCLUSIONS: It is feasible to deliver the SIP SMART intervention embedded within the NHS cancer care pathway using a cluster-randomised design. A future trial will be optimised for efficiency in set-up and follow-up data collection based on these findings and learnings from the accompanying process evaluation study.

CONCLUSIONS: Our data demonstrate that the secondary distribution strategy of HIV/syphilis self-testing proves to be an effective means of expanding HIV testing coverage by encouraging the distribution of testing kits within the social networks of MSM.

CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: In this randomized clinical trial of 159 patients with PD, EMDR therapy led to significant reduction in PD symptoms, with 30 (44.1%) achieving remission. These findings support the potential of EMDR therapy for PD treatment and encourage further confirmatory research.

CONCLUSION: The mobile application-based bladder training program significantly improved quality of life and sexual satisfaction among women with OAB. High usability and engagement levels support the potential of mHealth interventions as viable, scalable, non-pharmacological management options for OAB.
