Effectiveness of oral glutathione in reducing nitric oxide and IL-1alpha concentrations for clinical improvement in mild to moderate acne vulgaris: a randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSIONS: Oral glutathione supplementation demonstrated a non-significant trend toward reducing oxidative and nitrosative stress markers and improving mild to moderate AV. Further studies are recommended to validate these findings.

Effect of dexmedetomidine on perioperative blood glucose regulation in type 2 diabetic patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical resection: a randomised double-blinded controlled trial
CONCLUSION: Dexmedetomidine loading dose 1 μg/kg and a Maintenance dose 0.25 μg/kg/h can be used in type 2 diabetic patients for better glucose regulation without increasing the incidence of perioperative hyperglycemia, adverse effects, and extending extubation time.

Vonoprazan-containing Dual and Triple Therapies are Non-inferior to Bismuth-quadruple Therapy for Helicobacter pylori Eradication: A Single-center, Prospective, Open-label, Real-World Study
CONCLUSIONS: Efficacy of the two Vo-containing regimens was comparable and non-inferior to the BQT in this region, and could serve as the first-line regimen for H. pylori eradication, and reduced use of one antibiotic per each patient treatment in real-world clinical application.

Five-year radiographic and clinical outcomes after arthroscopic synovectomy of the ankle in rheumatoid arthritis: A clinical trial
CONCLUSIONS: Arthroscopic synovectomy improves symptoms for ankle RA and appears to slow-but not halt-radiographic deterioration over 5 years. Serial PRP injections and reduction in BMI from baseline could be associated with better clinical outcomes and slower joint degeneration, which needs to be verified by randomized controlled trials.
