Cost-effectiveness of office-based, magnetic resonance imaging-guided transperineal versus transrectal prostate biopsy: An economic analysis of the PREVENT trial
CONCLUSIONS: In this model, TP biopsy was more cost-effective than TR from a health care payer perspective. In the setting of increasing concerns about the risk of infection from traditional TR biopsy, these findings suggest that office-based TP biopsy is a more cost-effective population-level alternative.

Cardiac Effects of Dapagliflozin in People with Chronic Kidney Disease
CONCLUSIONS: In a heterogeneous population of patients with chronic kidney disease, dapagliflozin significantly reduced left ventricular mass index compared with placebo. These findings provide mechanistic insights into the early treatment benefits of SGLT2 inhibitors seen previously in chronic kidney disease. Predictive Model for Sciatic Nerve Block Efficacy Based on Perfusion Index and Regional Blood Flow Changes
CONCLUSION: The Perfusion Index and regional blood flow changes in the lower extremities are reliable predictors of the success of sciatic nerve blocks. The predictive model developed in this study is accurate and clinically applicable, providing an objective tool for the early assessment of block efficacy.

The development of a clinical prediction model for response to methotrexate, tofacitinib, and etanercept in patients with Psoriatic Arthritis
CONCLUSION: Our results support the use of baseline clinical data for prediction of response to different treatments. We intend to validate this prediction model and to assess the additional predictive value of imaging and multi-omics biomarkers in future analyses.

Clinical outcome of Nd:YAG laser and bioactive glass combined use for dentin hypersensitivity after scaling and root planning: a short-term comparative study
CONCLUSIONS: The combined application of BAG and Nd:YAG laser therapy demonstrated a significant reduction in dentin hypersensitivity post-SRP, exhibiting superior and sustained efficacy compared to monotherapies. Furthermore, the sequential treatment involving BAG applied prior to Nd:YAG laser irradiation showed the most pronounced therapeutic effect in symptom alleviation.
