CONCLUSIONS: This study suggests that a randomized controlled trial of an SDT-based psychosocial intervention with nondeficit-based outcomes for adults with ADHD is feasible and recommended.

CONCLUSIONS: This multicomponent intervention significantly improved CRC screening rates among Vietnamese Americans, highlighting the importance of community engagement and tailored health interventions that addresses individual and community level barriers.

CONCLUSIONS: In healthy U.K. adults who were challenged with S. Paratyphi A in a controlled human infection model, a two-dose series of CVD 1902 led to protection against S. Paratyphi A infection without safety concerns. (Funded by the Medical Research Council; VASP ISRCTN Registry number, 15485902.).

CONCLUSIONS: Long-term follow-up confirms a sustained reduction in deaths from prostate cancer with PSA testing, alongside an improved harm-benefit ratio. Future screening strategies should adopt risk-based approaches to minimize overdiagnosis while maintaining clinical benefits. (Funded by the Dutch Cancer Society and others; ERSPC ISRCTN registry number, ISRCTN49127736.).

CONCLUSIONS: The current results could not indicate intraoperative hypotension of mean arterial pressure lower than 65 mmHg associated with delirium after frontotemporal brain tumor resection.

Time-restricted eating (TRE) is a promising strategy to improve metabolic outcomes. However, it remains unclear whether TRE has cardiometabolic benefits in an isocaloric setting and whether its effects depend on the eating timing. We conducted a randomized crossover trial in 31 women with overweight or obesity to directly compare the effects of a 2-week early…

Objective: Brief social contact-based video interventions are effective in decreasing self-stigma and increasing treatment-seeking intentions. The present study is the first to target essential workers with self-reported anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms during the COVID-19 pandemic. We hypothesized that viewers of the intervention would show greater increases in treatment-seeking intentions than nonviewers…

CONCLUSIONS: Both MLS Laser and Sham Laser therapies resulted in statistically significant improvements in pain, disability, and movement velocity. However, these changes were not clinically meaningful. MLS Laser therapy provided more pronounced and sustained pain relief and improved range of motion in head movements.

CONCLUSION: PLA dermal matrices provide a cost-effective alternative to collagen dressings, promoting faster wound closure, improved quality of life, and reduced healthcare costs. These results support the adoption of PLA as a preferred treatment for DFUs.

Hypersensitized P2X3 receptor signaling has been described to play a role in several disorders, including chronic cough. The goal of our in vitro and in vivo studies was to investigate the biotransformation and the influence of CYP3A4 inhibition on the pharmacokinetics of the selective P2X3 antagonist filapixant. Metabolic turnover of filapixant in human liver microsomes…
