Effects of upadacitinib or adalimumab on pain in rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis: results from randomised phase 3 studies
CONCLUSIONS: Upadacitinib effectively reduced pain in active RA and PsA, including in patients with AoI. The greater pain relief observed in RA with upadacitinib versus adalimumab might indicate both direct (relieving non-inflammatory pain) and indirect (suppressing inflammation) effects.

Impact of a Reproductive Health Survivorship Care Plan on Fertility, Pregnancy Concerns, and Accessing Reproductive Healthcare Among Young Nulliparous Breast Cancer Survivors
CONCLUSIONS: The web-based SCP-R intervention led to improvements in fertility potential and pregnancy concerns over time and resulted in more YBCS accessing fertility specialists, highlighting the importance of age- and parity-specific survivorship care interventions to address reproductive health concerns.

Streamlined Self-Collection Screening for Sexually Transmitted Infections and Human Papillomavirus: A Single-Group Secondary Analysis of a Randomized Clinical Trial
CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: In this secondary analysis of a randomized clinical trial of 327 participants, nearly 1 in 6 tested positive for other STIs via streamlined testing in a mailed HPV self-collection intervention. Self-collection may improve both cervical cancer and STI screening for women from marginalized backgrounds.

Edaravone dexborneol versus placebo on functional outcomes in patients with acute ischaemic stroke undergoing endovascular thrombectomy (TASTE-2): randomised controlled trial
CONCLUSIONS: Among patients with acute ischaemic stroke within 24 hours of symptom onset who underwent endovascular thrombectomy, those treated with edaravone dexborneol, compared with placebo, were more likely to achieve functional independence at 90 days without increased safety concerns. CONCLUSIONS: Both conventional progressive early mobilization and early off-bed activity influence respiratory mechanics parameters in ICU patients undergoing mechanical ventilation, but early off-bed activity has a greater impact.
