Comparison between two bone anchored force systems for correction of skeletal Class II malocclusion in growing patients: a randomized controlled clinical trial, part 2: short-term dentoalveolar changes
CONCLUSIONS: The use of either pushing or pulling force mechanics using bimaxillary skeletal anchorage was effective in improving Class II dental relationships without dentoalveolar side effects. Pretreatment transverse discrepancy should be assessed to incorporate maxillary expansion into the treatment protocol for patients diagnosed with maxillary arch constriction.

CONCLUSIONS: Integrating comprehensive analyses of structural OCT biomarkers with functional assessments revealed distinct phenotypic subtypes of iAMD that are associated with significant functional deficits. Particularly, early atrophy markers should be considered for patient selection and risk assessment in clinical trials and routine practice.

The potential effects of cinnamon, cumin, and Rosuvastatin on lipid profile among Iraqi patients with dyslipidemia
CONCLUSION: Conclusions: The study provides evidence that indicates the cumin, cinnamon both have antihyperlipidemic effect but less than Rosuvastatin in dyslipidaemia patients. It can be used as an adjuvant treatment with other drugs to decrease triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and increase high density lipoprotein levels.

CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: In this randomized clinical trial assessing the effects of HIV VL test results on LTC, providing a next-day HIV VL test result did not change LTC overall. More data are required to ascertain whether a rapid point-of-care HIV VL test would improve LTC.
