Disease outcomes with ublituximab in treatment-naïve participants: subpopulation analyses of the phase 3 ULTIMATE I and II studies in participants with relapsing multiple sclerosis
CONCLUSIONS: Ublituximab was associated with significant treatment benefits at Week 96 in treatment-naïve participants and those receiving treatment within three years of symptom onset.

Impact of a multiplex respiratory PCR panel on antibiotic stewardship in hospitalized pediatric pneumonia: a randomized clinical trial
CONCLUSION: Integrating FILMARRAY® into pediatric pneumonia clinical management did not significantly boost initial overall antibiotic modification rates. However, exploratory analysis showed it improved targeted antimicrobial adjustments and facilitated antibiotic de-escalation, suggesting FILMARRAY® may add value to antibiotic stewardship. Subsequent trials could substantiate this theoretical proposition.

CONCLUSION: Combined MEK and autophagy inhibition showed limited tolerability in human PDAC. Divergent efficacy between preclinical and clinical settings likely reflects differences in tumor cell state heterogeneity between models. Integration of diverse, representative preclinical models is critical to guide development of effective therapies in PDAC.
