Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine Decision Aid for Travelers: A Randomized Clinical Trial
CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: In this randomized clinical trial, the web-based JEVaDA was not associated with a further reduction in decisional conflict compared with an active comparator but was associated with higher vaccine uptake. These findings suggest that decision aids can support informed, values-congruent choices in complex, preference-sensitive health decisions such as travel vaccination and beyond.

Benefit-risk profile comparison between dupilumab and upadacitinib: a structured benefit-risk assessment of the Heads Up trial
CONCLUSIONS: This benefit-risk assessment using 24-week Heads Up trial data considered all key benefits and risks and demonstrated a higher benefit-risk score for dupilumab than upadacitinib.

Development and internal validation of a clinical prediction model for septic shock in pediatric respiratory syncytial virus bronchiolitis based on routine blood biomarkers and concomitant fungal infection

Early choroidal thickness changes predict myopia control response to peripheral defocus spectacles in premyopic children
CONCLUSIONS: Peripheral defocus spectacles significantly controlled axial elongation and reduced myopia incidence in premyopic children with insufficient hyperopic reserve. Prehospital Use of Non-Invasive Ventilation for Acute Respiratory Failure due to Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. A Randomised Trial
CONCLUSION: The clinical effect of prehospital non-invasive ventilation could not be determined due to early termination. This trial highlights important challenges relevant to future clinical trials in the prehospital setting, including patient selection, diagnostic requirements and implementation of complex interventions.

12-weeks fisetin supplementation and interval resistance with aerobic training: changes in Maresin-1 and inflammatory markers in men with obesity: a randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSION: Twelve weeks of concurrent interval resistance-aerobic training, especially when combined with fisetin, improved inflammatory resolution (↑Maresin‑1, ↓IL‑6, and ↓TNF‑α) and metabolic control (↓FBS, ↓insulin, and ↓HOMA‑IR) in obese men. A Personalised and Gamified Digital Decision Aid for Colorectal Cancer Screening: A Randomised Controlled Pilot Study
CONCLUSIONS: Preliminary findings suggest that a digital DA with personalised and gamified content may enhance CRC screening uptake and partially support informed choice. Larger, multisite studies are warranted to evaluate scalability, inclusivity, and long-term effectiveness in population-based cancer prevention.
