Evaluation of oncologic safety and clinical effectiveness of immediate autologous fat grafting in breast-conserving surgery: a multicenter, prospective, randomized controlled clinical trial for breast cancer
CONCLUSION: Our results provide clear evidence that IAFG is a safe and effective surgical technique that does not increase the risk of local or distant recurrence in breast cancer patients and yields higher satisfaction with postoperative breast appearance and psychosocial outcomes.

Cost-utility analysis of the Circle of Security-Parenting programme to reduce perinatal psychopathology in birthing parents in England
CONCLUSIONS: On average, COS-P was associated with higher costs and did not demonstrate improvements in health-related quality of life compared with TAU alone. Given the uncertainty surrounding the estimates, further research is warranted to explore potential longer term economic and clinical impacts of COS-P in perinatal mental health settings.

Impact of breathing frequency on respiratory oscillometry measurements: a randomised cross-over and observational study of asthma patients
CONCLUSION: Higher breathing frequencies significantly reduce total Rrs . When performing respiratory oscillometry, breathing frequency should be controlled at approximately 15 bpm to reduce risk of misclassification.

Evaluating context effects on PHQ-8 somatic item scores among people with a chronic medical condition: a scleroderma patient-centred intervention network randomised experiment
CONCLUSIONS: We did not find evidence that responses to PHQ-8 somatic items were influenced by whether participants were aware they were responding to items about depression. This finding supports the validity of self-reported questionnaires for depression symptom assessment in people with chronic medical conditions.

Single-Entry-Point Thread Implantation Technique Using the Gerbera Pattern for Facial Skin Rejuvenation: A Prospective Intraindividual Controlled Clinical Study
