Interrelationship Between Patient and Family Caregiver Outcomes Following Lung Cancer Surgery: A Secondary Analysis of a Randomized Controlled Trial
CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study support the interdependent, bi-directional associations of patient and caregiver well-being. Further multi-media interventions in the peri-operative period focused on self-efficacy and promoting emotional resilience among caregivers may substantially improve post-operative outcomes for both members of the dyad.

Results of treating patients with diabetic foot ulcers with hyperbaric oxygen
CONCLUSIONS: Hyperbaric oxygens a good method for treating diabetic foot ulcers, helps with anti-inflammation, stimulates the growth of granulation tissue, quickly heals ulcers, reduces treatment time, and reduces amputation rates.

Randomised, double-masked trial to compare the efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of the biosimilar aflibercept FYB203 with reference aflibercept in patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration
CONCLUSION: Although conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic in a potentially vulnerable elderly population and affected by geopolitical disruption in Ukraine, mitigation measures minimised the overall impact of these events. FYB203 demonstrated therapeutic equivalence to reference aflibercept in patients with nAMD, supporting similar clinical performance across all approved indications.

CONCLUSIONS: Topical efinaconazole 10% showed favorable efficacy/safety in White, Asian, and Black participants with mild-to-moderate onychomycosis. Results were generally consistent with the overall phase 3 populations and position efinaconazole as an efficacious treatment for patients, regardless of race.  .
