BACKGROUND: Frailty is common among older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and encompasses physical, cognitive, psychological and social domains, yet randomised evidence on theory-informed multicomponent exercise interventions targeting multidimensional frailty remains limited. This secondary analysis of the MIND-STEP RCT evaluated intervention effects across frailty domains.

Adjuvant administration probiotic effects on sexual function in depressant men undergoing selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor treatment: a double-blinded randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSION: Adding Lactofem to Escitalopram treatment significantly reduces depression severity and enhances sexual function in men with mild to moderate depression.

Dermatologic outcomes associated with glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists in patients with type 2 diabetes: a large-scale target trial emulation
CONCLUSION: In a large, real-world study designed to emulate a clinical trial, GLP-1 RAs were linked to increased psoriasis and decreased autoimmune blistering diseases compared with DPP-4is over up to 4 years’ follow-up.
