CONCLUSIONS: The toxicities were no more than expected with chemotherapy alone. Adding bortezomib to treatment of ATRT is feasible.

Colchicine to prevent cardiovascular events in thoracic surgery patients with or without coronary artery disease: a secondary analysis
CONCLUSIONS: Patients with CAD undergoing thoracic surgery had a higher risk of MINS and other ischaemic outcomes than non-CAD patients. There was no evidence that the effect of colchicine differed between patients with and without CAD; however, these analyses were limited by sample size and do not exclude modest differences between subgroups.

Effectiveness of symptom map-based education in the management of premenstrual syndrome: a randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSION: A symptom map-based educational intervention is a clinically applicable, non-pharmacological approach for PMS management. This structured education appears especially beneficial for women with more severe baseline symptoms and may be integrated into routine gynecological care to support individualized symptom management.

Longitudinal Prediction of Retinal Sensitivity Based on Disease Progression Quantified From Optical Coherence Tomography in Geographic Atrophy
CONCLUSIONS: Two exploratory endpoints were developed, namely quantification of EZ thickness and loss, and localized RS within high-risk OCT areas. RS decline during follow-up is associated with automatically quantified disease progression in OCT.

Effects of Berberine, White Mulberry Leaf Extract and Chromium Picolinate on Body Composition and Insulin Resistance in Adults with Obesity: A Randomized Controlled Trial
CONCLUSIONS: The fixed-dose combination improved BIA-derived body-composition measures and OGTT-derived insulin sensitivity over 12 weeks compared with placebo. Because no single-agent arms were included, individual component contributions and synergy remain undetermined; confirmatory trials using direct metabolic and imaging methods are warranted.

Impact of Diabetes on Outcomes of Contemporary PCI Guided by OCT vs Angiography: The ILUMIEN IV Trial
CONCLUSIONS: In the large-scale ILUMIEN IV trial, patients with diabetes remained at increased risk for adverse events after PCI compared with nondiabetic patients despite the use of OCT procedural guidance. Patients with diabetes and complex lesions were at particularly high risk for adverse outcomes after PCI.
