Phase II trial of combination radiation, hormone, and immunotherapy in grade group 5 prostate cancer
CONCLUSIONS: Nivolumab combined with SOC was associated with encouraging FFBR in this high-risk GG5 PCa population and may represent a promising therapeutic intensification strategy. The Decipher immunosuppression score may serve as a predictive biomarker for response. These findings warrant further investigation in randomized trials.

Evaluating the effects of trifocals and extended depth of focus intraocular lens implantation on stereopsis and contrast sensitivity in cataract patients
CONCLUSION: Both IOLs provided good stereopsis and contrast sensitivity in the early postoperative period. However, by 1 month, EDOF IOLs demonstrated significantly better stereopsis and improved contrast sensitivity.

CONCLUSIONS: The excess risks associated with QFR-guided revascularisation compared with FFR were confined to the first year. From 1 to 2 years, the rates of MACE developed similarly in the QFR and the FFR groups.

CONCLUSIONS: L. plantarum Z6 is a safe and effective probiotic intervention for infantile functional constipation. The results highlight its potential to improve bowel function and beneficially reshape the gut microbiota, offering a microbiota-targeted therapeutic strategy for pediatric gastrointestinal disorders. Deep Learning-Based Augmented Contrast-Enhancement and Denoising for Reduced-Iodine and Low-Radiation 70-kVp Cerebral CT Angiography: A Prospective Study
CONCLUSION: Cerebral CTA at 70-kVp using ultralow iodine enhanced arterial attenuation but increased image noise compared with the 100-kVp CTA protocol. DL-ACE and DL-DN significantly increased arterial attenuation and reduced image noise, resulting in higher CNR and better subjective image quality.
