Prospective collection of bleeding rate and factor usage in participants with hemophilia A and B in a noninvestigational product study
CONCLUSION: This study provides a robust, prospective, informative dataset on bleeding rates in participants receiving factor replacement therapy over a mean follow-up of ∼1 year. Although FVIII/FIX prophylaxis was generally well tolerated, bleeding rate data illustrate the limitations of current standard-of-care factor prophylaxis.

CONCLUSION: This study first identified distinct uACR trajectory patterns in HFpEF patients. The fluctuating high trajectory was associated with increased cardiovascular risk and heart failure hospitalization, while the association between the decreasing trajectory and myocardial infarction was exploratory and requires validation.

Efficacy of a Nursing Checklist During Mechanical Ventilation in Patients With Severe Pneumonia
CONCLUSIONS: In this study, it was observed that the implementation of a nursing checklist was associated with significant improvements in the quality of airway care and patient outcomes during mechanical ventilation in patients with severe pneumonia, leading to a significant reduction in the duration of mechanical ventilation and improved oxygenation status and prognosis of patients.
