Efficacy of A Virtual Agent-Based Digital Intervention (Echo App V2.0) for Patients With Alcohol Use Disorder: Randomized Controlled Trial
CONCLUSIONS: Echo App V2.0 attenuated postdischarge craving increases and may reduce short-term relapse among patients with AUD. However, the relapse finding was sensitive to missing-data assumptions and was not sustained at 3 months. Postdischarge continuation strategies may be needed to maintain benefits.

CONCLUSIONS: In this clinical trial setting, short-term improvements in immunodeficiency and dysregulation following treatment with leniolisib were associated with longer-term improvements in clinical outcomes, including infection rates and quality of life, for patients with APDS.

Short-term adjunctive use of a liposomal tear substitute after repeated intravitreal therapy: a randomized pilot study
CONCLUSION: Chronic intravitreal therapy contributes to significant ocular surface impairment, which can be effectively mitigated by the administration of a tear substitute alongside the standard treatment.

Effect of simvastatin versus calcium hydroxide intracanal medications on postoperative pain and cytokine modulation in symptomatic apical periodontitis: a randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSIONS: Simvastatin demonstrated comparable efficacy to Ca(OH)₂ in managing postoperative pain and reducing inflammatory mediators, suggesting its potential as an alternative intracanal medication. Trust in Generative AI for Health Information Consumption and the Effect of Learned Dependency: Randomized Controlled Experimental Study
CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrates that while users generally trust accurate AI-generated health information more than inaccurate information, higher self-reported learned dependency is associated with weaker trust calibration, predicting greater susceptibility to incorrect outputs.
