Preventing depression in Chinese children and adolescents: A pilot study of a brief school-based cognitive behavioral group program
CONCLUSION: Power Up-CBTD demonstrated reasonable feasibility and acceptability, showing promising preliminary effects in reducing depressive symptoms among school-aged youth in mainland China. Larger randomized trials with extended follow-up are warranted.

Chatbot-Delivered Real-Time Support to Improve HIV Self-Testing Rates: A Randomized Clinical Trial
CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: In this randomized clinical trial, the HIVST-chatbot was noninferior to the HIVST-OIC in increasing HIVST uptake and counseling among HIVST users. These results suggest that the HIVST-chatbot might be an alternative to the evidence-based HIVST-OIC service for MSM.

Effects of combined exercise training for adults with resistant major depression: a pilot study from the TRACE-RMD project
CONCLUSIONS: A supervised combined exercise program in people with RMD may induce positive and beneficial changes in functionality and clinical and QoL variables, and maintain body composition, CRF, and the biochemical profile. A case-control study investigating the impact of gradient pressure therapy on chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy symptoms and daily activities in paclitaxel-treated patients
CONCLUSION: Gradient pressure therapy effectively reduces symptoms of paclitaxel-induced peripheral neuropathy, improving patients’ daily activities. This intervention is recommended for clinical promotion and application.

CONCLUSION: Findings indicated good parent- and child agreement for gastrointestinal and general somatic symptoms, but lower agreement for mental health and general health.

Effect of tricalcium silicate-based intracanal dressing on antibacterial-antifungal activity and postoperative pain intensity after non-surgical endodontic retreatment: randomized controlled clinical trial
CONCLUSIONS: Both materials were effective in reducing microbial load; however, calcium hydroxide demonstrated superior antibacterial efficacy. Antifungal activity and postoperative pain outcomes were comparable between the groups.
