CONCLUSION: These findings highlight the promise of VR-based extreme sports as a novel, non-pharmacological intervention for men with SAD. By enabling controlled exposure to anxiety-provoking situations within a safe and immersive environment, the intervention effectively alleviated symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. Moreover, this approach may overcome common treatment barriers such as stigma and reluctance…

CONCLUSIONS: This pilot study is the first systematic treatment effect trial data for SDX/d-MPH in adults with DSM-5 ADHD. The data preliminarily supports the clinical efficacy of DSM/d-MPH in adult ADHD and its ability to ameliorate symptoms throughout the day.

CONCLUSIONS: HKE is a method designed to provide rapid movement rehabilitation for patients with ankle sprains, which can be used as one of its basic treatments.

CONCLUSION: The use of the PtDA led to improvements in knowledge at 3 months, but it did not result in a significant reduction of decisional conflict. These results must be interpreted with caution, given the methodological limitations of the study, mainly the high rate of dropouts. Further research is needed to confirm these results, the…

CONCLUSION: Peer education improved sensitivity to medical errors but was less effective in ensuring knowledge retention. A discrepancy was identified between attitudes and practical application of patient safety knowledge, with students expressing low confidence in applying theoretical knowledge in practice. [J Nurs Educ. 2025;64(7):407-414.].

CONCLUSION: The results suggest multicomponent digital health promotion interventions, combining lifestyle education, physical activity and social support, can improve the mental health of older adults. More research is needed to understand how to best utilise digital engagement strategies and improve retention in physical activity programmes for older adults.

ObjectiveTo investigate whether early administration of sumatriptan prevents migraine induced by ATP-sensitive potassium (K(ATP)) channel opener levcromakalim.MethodsThis single-centre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, two-way crossover study included adults with migraine without aura. Participants received a 20-minute intravenous infusion of levcromakalim on two separate occasions, followed immediately by a 10-minute intravenous infusion of either sumatriptan or placebo (isotonic…

CONCLUSIONS: During hysteroscopic surgery, when compared with sufentanil, 0.2 mg·kg^(-1) nalbuphine significantly reduced the EC(50) for propofol to inhibit cervical dilation response and the propofol requirement, and did not delay the emergence from anesthesia. Whether 0.2 mg·kg^(-1) nalbuphine could improve perioperative prognosis is worthy of further studies.

CONCLUSION: DMED with or without ANGI represent novel interventions for managing acute tSCI. The results of this phase 1 trial will determine whether these interventions can be performed safely and feasibly in a consecutive cohort of patients to potentially enhance recovery and improve outcomes.
