CONCLUSIONS: The LEGEND strategy demonstrated reduced resource utilisation and costs compared to guideline-based ACS assessment, particularly for low-risk patients. Widespread adoption could improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of ACS assessment in the healthcare system.

Weight-independent amelioration of adipokine profile by enavogliflozin, a selective SGLT2 inhibitor, in patients with type 2 diabetes
CONCLUSIONS: Enavogliflozin treatment decreased leptin over 24 weeks in patients with type 2 diabetes, and this effect remained significant after adjusting for weight change, suggesting an improved adipokine profile.
