Effect of Sublingual Nitroglycerin on Absolute Coronary Blood Flow: A Randomized Double-Blind Placebo-Controlled Mechanistic Study
CONCLUSIONS: Sublingual NTG induced a significant decrease in left ventricular preload and afterload, resulting in a marked decrease in myocardial work. This was associated with a significant and adaptive decrease in absolute coronary blood flow.

Investigation and treatment rates following minimal trauma fracture: results of a primary care physician survey
CONCLUSION: Rates of osteoporosis-directed investigations and treatment after minimal trauma fractures in primary care are below recommended levels. There remains a gap between observed management practices and established guidelines. A major barrier appears to be the reliance on DXA for confirmation of osteoporosis despite the presence of a minimal trauma fracture.

Etomidate combined with TAPB in ovarian cancer surgery: A controlled study on hemodynamics and immune response
CONCLUSION: Etomidate combined with transversus abdominis plane block provides stable anesthesia and modulates perioperative inflammatory and immune responses while reducing postoperative biochemical pain mediator levels, thereby supporting a safer and more physiologically balanced recovery following ovarian cancer surgery.

Efficacy and safety of short- versus standard-course ceftriaxone therapy in children with pneumonia: A randomized trial
CONCLUSION: Short- and standard-course ceftriaxone sodium have similar overall efficacy. A short-course is suitable for mild cases with a prompt inflammatory response, while a standard-course is preferred for severe cases or delayed inflammation to prevent relapse.

The Efficacy of Individualized Music Therapy in Patients With MCS: A Pilot Study on EEG
