Social Media Intervention Based on the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model Promotes HIV Testing and Reduces High-Risk Behaviors Among Men Who Have Sex With Men in Resource-Limited Settings in China: Randomized Controlled Trial
CONCLUSIONS: The social media intervention guided by the IMB model demonstrated a positive effect on expanding HIV testing coverage, reducing high-risk behavior, enhancing AIDS-related knowledge, and improving safer sex self-efficacy among men who have sex with men in resource-limited settings. These findings provide valuable guidance for future HIV prevention and control efforts targeting this population.

Assessing Lifestyle Goal Setting in Patients with COPD
CONCLUSION: A majority of patients with COPD were willing to set lifestyle goals, particularly related to PA, but satisfaction with current behaviors and health-related barriers often limited engagement. These findings provide input for the design of future interventions to support sustainable lifestyle change in COPD care.

The effect of structured hand massage on hand function and grip strength in rheumatoid arthritis patients: a randomized controlled pilot study
CONCLUSION: Hand massage interventions for patients with RA enhance grip strength, hand function, and overall patient evaluations. No effect on pain or tactile thresholds was observed. Further studies with larger sample sizes and longer follow-up periods are required to corroborate these findings.

Impact of 12 weeks of physiotherapy-led integrated care of older people on intrinsic capacity and quality of life among community-dwelling older adults: a randomised controlled trial
CONCLUSIONS: PTICOPE enhanced key IC domains, locomotion, vitality, and cognition, and produced meaningful improvements in QoL. These findings support physiotherapy-led, person-centred care as an effective community strategy for healthy ageing.
