CONCLUSION: The inclusion of Er: YAG laser in DPC procedures enhances treatment outcomes, particularly when combined with Biodentine. This approach offers a promising alternative for vital pulp therapy in mature permanent teeth, ensuring better dentin bridge formation and clinical success.

The impact of Limosilactobacillus reuteri in combination with non-surgical periodontal therapy on periodontal clinical parameters and salivary and subgingival microbiota composition in individuals with stage III-IV periodontitis: a randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSIONS: Combining L. reuteri with non-surgical periodontal therapy may not directly improve clinical indicators. The treatment showed potential benefits by changing the microbial composition of subgingival biofilm and enhancing treatment sensitivity.

Efficacy and safety of prophylactic simultaneous intravitreal moxifloxacin injection with standard intravitreal anti-VEGF injection procedure in cases of cystoid macular edema and macular neovascularization
CONCLUSION: Simultaneous intravitreal injection of moxifloxacin during intravitreal anti-VEGF procedure is safe and effective measure to be added to the armamentarium of prophylaxis against post injection endophthalmitis.

Comparison of Therapeutic Outcomes Between Concomitant Therapy and Tailored Therapy for Helicobacter pylori: A Multicenter, Prospective, and Randomized Study
