Effects of a novel differential diagnosis aid for managing patients with unexplained fatigue in primary care: a prospective randomized, controlled, open and multicenter study in primary care
CONCLUSIONS: In this pilot study, the FDDA, a structured diagnostic aid for guiding PCPs in identifying the causes of unexplained fatigue in their patients, was not able to show a global improvement in patient outcomes despite improvements in fatigue and satisfaction with care. The evaluation of fatigue in larger-scale studies is warranted.

Tislelizumab as adjuvant therapy following endoscopic surgery for resectable recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma: a randomized clinical trial
CONCLUSIONS: Tislelizumab as adjuvant therapy significantly enhanced PFS and PFI, with a favorable safety profile. Longer follow-up is necessary to determine whether this regimen can be considered as the standard of care for patients with resectable rNPC following endoscopic surgery.

Assessing water-assisted colonoscopy in beginner endoscopists: a randomised controlled trial
CONCLUSION: WAC is a safe and effective alternative to CC for novice endoscopists, with similar procedure times, learning curves and safety profiles. These findings support the inclusion of WAC in gastroenterology training programmes.

Injectable platelet-rich fibrin with vitamin C as an adjunct to non-surgical periodontal therapy in the treatment of stage-II periodontitis: a randomized controlled clinical trial
CONCLUSIONS: Apart from a positive effect on the patients’ post operative pain perception, I-PRF with or without the addition of vitamin C does not additionally improve the clinical outcomes of PMPR alone in the NSPT of stage-II grade A periodontitis patients.
