Blood pressure changes in patients after Minoxidil microinfusion to treat female pattern alopecia: analysis of a randomized, single blinded, placebo controlled clinical trial
CONCLUSION: Reduction of diastolic blood pressure in the minoxidil group proved dermal delivery and systemic absorption of the medication after scalp microinfusion. Increased systolic pressure in the control group may be related to pain during the procedure. The efficacy of narrowband ultraviolet B phototherapy combination with tofacitinib in the treatment of vitiligo: a randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSIONS: Our data suggest that UVB-TOF is potentially more effective than UVB alone in promoting recovery of vitiligo patients and reducing inflammatory factors.

PCA ketamine-morphine versus PCA morphine as post-operative analgesia in colorectal surgery
CONCLUSIONS: PCA ketamine-morphine was as effective as PCA morphine as post-operative analgesia in colorectal surgery, with comparable pain scores, PCA demands, side effects, and significant reduction in morphine consumption.

High-flow nasal cannula therapy versus continuous positive airway pressure for non-invasive respiratory support in paediatric critical care: the FIRST-ABC RCTs
CONCLUSIONS: Among acutely ill children requiring non-invasive respiratory support, high-flow nasal cannula met the criterion for non-inferiority compared with continuous positive airway pressure for time to liberation from respiratory support whereas in critically ill children requiring non-invasive respiratory support following extubation, the non-inferiority of high-flow nasal cannula could not be demonstrated.
