CONCLUSIONS: Our study suggests that GSE can be used as a dietary nutraceutical capable of reducing blood pressure and the risk of ES1H development. The reduction of blood pressure occurs via peripheral vasodilation, not associated with cardiac autonomic reactivity.

CONCLUSIONS: In the short term, students might benefit from low-intensity, easily accessible digital sleep hygiene psychoeducation or iCBT-I. However, it appears that iCBT-I offers superiority over sleep hygiene psychoeducation in the long term.

Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma Combined with Endometrial Microstimulation to Improve Thin Endometrium Status and Clinical Outcomes: A Prospective Controlled Study
CONCLUSION: Both EM+PRP and single PRP intrauterine infusion effectively increased endometrial thickness and improved clinical outcomes in patients with thin endometrium. The combined EM+PRP therapy showed potential for greater efficacy in improving endometrial condition, warranting further research in larger, multicenter studies.

Step up to triple therapy versus switch to dual bronchodilator therapy in patients with COPD on an inhaled corticosteroid/long-acting β2-agonist: post-hoc analyses of KRONOS
CONCLUSIONS: People with symptomatic COPD and no recent exacerbation history previously on ICS/LABA had reduced exacerbation risk after escalating to ICS/LAMA/LABA versus switching to LAMA/LABA, and improved lung function versus staying on ICS/LABA.

Accelerated Epithelium-off Corneal Cross-linking With Preservation of a Central Epithelial Island in the Management of Paracentral Progressive Keratoconus: A Comparative Clinical Trial
CONCLUSIONS: Preserving the epithelium over the central 3 mm of the cornea during A-CXL in cases with paracentral keratoconus can provide the benefits of immediate early postoperative visual rehabilitation, less corneal haze, less pain, good efficacy, and prevention of keratoconus progression. Societal cost of day-care approach (DCA): A low-cost approach in urban and rural settings for management of childhood severe pneumonia in Bangladesh
CONCLUSION: Findings suggest that this novel DCA management approach is a low-cost management option, and particularly beneficial for rural residences and therefore has the potential to reduce the overall cost burden for childhood severe pneumonia management. These findings have implications for policy-making decisions in resource-poor settings for childhood pneumonia management.
