CONCLUSION: The results suggest multicomponent digital health promotion interventions, combining lifestyle education, physical activity and social support, can improve the mental health of older adults. More research is needed to understand how to best utilise digital engagement strategies and improve retention in physical activity programmes for older adults.

Aim Development and implementation of the M-Cardio mobile application for remote monitoring of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) at the outpatient stage with an assessment of clinical effectiveness.Material and methods This study included 244 patients with NYHA functional class (FC) II-III CHF of ischemic etiology. ObjectiveTo investigate whether early administration of sumatriptan prevents migraine induced by ATP-sensitive potassium (K(ATP)) channel opener levcromakalim.MethodsThis single-centre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, two-way crossover study included adults with migraine without aura. Participants received a 20-minute intravenous infusion of levcromakalim on two separate occasions, followed immediately by a 10-minute intravenous infusion of either sumatriptan or placebo (isotonic…

CONCLUSIONS: During hysteroscopic surgery, when compared with sufentanil, 0.2 mg·kg^(-1) nalbuphine significantly reduced the EC(50) for propofol to inhibit cervical dilation response and the propofol requirement, and did not delay the emergence from anesthesia. Whether 0.2 mg·kg^(-1) nalbuphine could improve perioperative prognosis is worthy of further studies.

CONCLUSION: DMED with or without ANGI represent novel interventions for managing acute tSCI. The results of this phase 1 trial will determine whether these interventions can be performed safely and feasibly in a consecutive cohort of patients to potentially enhance recovery and improve outcomes.

CONCLUSION: The 9-month interactive intervention decreased unintentional injury incidence and substantially increased preschooler’s safety knowledge in rural China, offering an effective option for implementing or integrating in multifactorial interventions in resource-limited areas.

CONCLUSION: Celecoxib may represent a potential protective agent against capecitabine induced hand and foot syndrome in patients with colorectal cancer.

CONCLUSIONS: Positive effects were found for the three SP interventions. The most promising results were found for SP in 2 cm water, suggesting an optimal impedance match between the glottis and the vocal tract in this specific population of female SLP students with mild dysphonia.

CONCLUSIONS: Five-year follow-up does not support the introduction of invasive urodynamics in reducing lower urinary tract symptoms or rates of prostate surgery, from a clinical or cost-effectiveness perspective.

CONCLUSION: Participant-reported success in the urodynamics arm was not superior to the comprehensive clinical assessment only arm at 15-months follow-up. Urodynamics is not cost-effective at a threshold of £20,000 per quality-adjusted life-year gained. Longer-term follow-up is required to explore need for further interventions and treatments and their effect on the clinical and cost-effectiveness analyses.
