The efficacy of combined lateral and anterior quadratus lumborum blocks in postoperative pain management following pelvic tumor resection: a randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSION: The ultrasound-guided QLB demonstrated superior analgesic efficacy and reduced morphine consumption compared to patients without the block. Our findings provide evidence supporting the hypothesis that QLB is an effective component of multimodal analgesia for individuals undergoing pelvic tumor resection and reconstructive surgery.

CONCLUSIONS: TM has a positive effect on gait performance, as indicated by GPS and increased activity in the right rectus femoris muscle when compared to PT. A large-scale non-inferiority trial is required to affirm the impact of TM.

Interventional arterial chemotherapy versus sorafenib for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma in China: a health economic evaluation of open-label, randomised, phase 3 study
CONCLUSIONS: HAIC-FO is a more cost-effective treatment for advanced HCC than sorafenib from the Chinese payer’s perspective, particularly in patients with Vp4 PVTT and/or high tumour burden. Further research is needed to explore long-term economic implications and real-world effectiveness data.

Impact of maintenance treatment on male gonadal function in patients treated for localized rhabdomyosarcoma in RMS2005 trial in France
