Impact of root canal shaping using TruNatomy on postoperative pain and operative torque generation: a randomized clinical trial
CONCLUSION: TN and RC rotary instruments resulted in similar and acceptable levels of post-operative pain in cases of asymptomatic necrotic teeth. However, TN rotary system combined torque and instrumentation time values suggest an overall higher cutting efficiency and potentially a better safety profile as compared to RC rotary system.

Clinical Efficacy of a Salicylic Acid-Containing Gel on Acne Management and Skin Barrier Function: A 21-Day Prospective Study
CONCLUSION: The salicylic acid-containing gel effectively reduces acne lesions, regulates sebum production, enhances skin hydration, and strengthens the skin barrier, making it a suitable option for acne-prone and sensitive skin. These findings suggest that the gel provides a well-balanced approach to acne treatment by addressing both clinical efficacy and user comfort.

Effects of liquid resuscitation guided by internal jugular vein variability during deep inhalation on preventing propofol-induced hypotension in elderly patients
CONCLUSIONS: A significant relationship was observed between IJVV levels during deep inhalation and the blood pressure decline following propofol induction. Administering IJVV-A guided fluid infusion can significantly reduce propofol-induced hypotension by keeping the IJVV-A less than 23.42% during deep inspiration.
