Remote early detection of SARS-CoV-2 infections using a wearable-based algorithm: Results from the COVID-RED study, a prospective randomised single-blinded crossover trial
CONCLUSIONS: Our findings highlight the potential role of wearable devices in early detection of SARS-CoV-2. The experimental algorithm overestimated infections, but future iterations could finetune the algorithm to improve specificity and enable it to differentiate between respiratory illnesses.

Feasibility randomised controlled trial to assess the delivery of a novel isometric exercise intervention for people diagnosed with uncomplicated stage 1 hypertension in the National Health Service: key quantitative findings
CONCLUSIONS: We met our a priori recruitment criteria which allowed us to calculate a sample size (n=542) for a full RCT. The results demonstrate good acceptability and adherence rates to the treatment protocol. Our results show a signal towards a consistent sBP reduction in the IE group compared with baseline.

Effect of dapagliflozin on metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis: multicentre, double blind, randomised, placebo controlled trial
CONCLUSION: Treatment with dapagliflozin resulted in a higher proportion of participants with MASH improvement without worsening of fibrosis, as well as MASH resolution without worsening of fibrosis and fibrosis improvement without worsening of MASH, than with placebo.
