CONCLUSIONS: The marathon caused changes in muscle damage and inflammation indices. Despite no functional or soreness differences, the TC group showed lower inflammation levels, offering insights into Vistula tart cherries for recovery.

Bleeding in Patients With Infarct-Related Cardiogenic Shock: A DanGer Shock Substudy

Effects of photobiomodulation associated with vestibular rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with vestibular symptoms and tinnitus: a triple-blind randomized clinical trial
CONCLUSION: PBM combined with VR significantly reduced tinnitus discomfort and showed superior performance in vestibular function analysis. VR alone did not demonstrate any effect on tinnitus reduction.

Standard chemoradiotherapy with concurrent and adjuvant camrelizumab in patients with high risk nasopharyngeal carcinoma: multicentre, randomised, open label, phase 3 trial
CONCLUSION: The addition of camrelizumab to concurrent chemoradiotherapy and as a maintenance treatment improved progression-free survival among patients with high risk nasopharyngeal carcinoma after induction chemotherapy.

Effect of pirfenidone on plasma markers of collagen turnover in patients with heart failure, preserved left ventricular ejection fraction and myocardial fibrosis
CONCLUSIONS: In patients with stable heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, pirfenidone treatment had no sustained effect on plasma levels of PICP and CITP at 52 weeks.
