Societal cost of day-care approach (DCA): A low-cost approach in urban and rural settings for management of childhood severe pneumonia in Bangladesh
CONCLUSION: Findings suggest that this novel DCA management approach is a low-cost management option, and particularly beneficial for rural residences and therefore has the potential to reduce the overall cost burden for childhood severe pneumonia management. These findings have implications for policy-making decisions in resource-poor settings for childhood pneumonia management.

CONCLUSIONS: Hypoglycemic agents with weight loss effect plus a high protein diet and moderate exercise could lead to a considerable proportion of patients with diabetes achieving diabetes remission.

Evaluation of clinical efficacy of pelvic ultrasound monitoring combined with scale scoring in the treatment of interstitial cystitis by intravesical instillation regimen combined with hydrodistention and transurethral fulguration
CONCLUSIONS: Intravesical instillation of heparin/alkalized lidocaine combined with hydrodistention and transurethral fulguration is an effective treatment for interstitial cystitis, which can significantly reduce patient pain and improve patient prognosis. Effects of a general practitioner-led brief narrative exposure intervention on symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder after intensive care (PICTURE): multicentre, observer blind, randomised controlled trial
CONCLUSIONS: In adults with symptoms of PTSD after critical illness, a brief narrative exposure intervention was feasible and showed a reduction of symptoms, which was less than the predefined minimal clinically important difference. Long-Term Safety and Efficacy of a Water-Free Cyclosporine 0.1% Ophthalmic Solution for Treatment of Dry Eye Disease: ESSENCE-2 OLE
CONCLUSIONS: The water-free cyclosporine 0.1% ophthalmic solution was safe and well tolerated during long-term use. The results demonstrated sustained 1-year efficacy, in both signs and symptoms of DED, and may help understand short and long-term healing dynamics in a predominant inflammatory DED population.
