Effects of Tai Chi and Qigong intervention on anxiety and stress in diabetic and hypertensive Brazilian patients: a randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSION: A 13-week Tai Chi/Qigong intervention was efficacious in lowering anxiety and perceived stress scores in middle-aged and older patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension and can potentially be used in primary care centers as an adjunct therapy.Trial registration: Brazilian Registry of Clinical Trials (ReBEC), Identifier: U1111-1276-1787.

Upadacitinib as monotherapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and prior inadequate response to methotrexate: results at 260 weeks from the SELECT-MONOTHERAPY randomised study
CONCLUSION: No new safety risks were identified with long-term UPA treatment. UPA monotherapy was efficacious in treating rheumatoid arthritis through week 260.

Reliability and usability of a portable spirometer compared to a laboratory spirometer
CONCLUSIONS: The portable spirometer exhibited a strong correlation and agreement with a high-quality laboratory spirometer, as well as concordance in spirometric abnormality diagnosis and severity classification. Non-specialist can obtain acceptable results using this portable spirometer.
