Phase II study of dual epigenetic targeting with chidamide and azacitidine in patients with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia after allo-HSCT
CONCLUSIONS: Dual epigenetic targeting maintenance treatment with CHI-AZA has an acceptable toxicity profile and might potentially be effective to prevent relapse in high-risk AML patients after allo-HSCT.

Development and external validation of a multivariate model for predicting pneumonia in patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis: a retrospective study
CONCLUSION: The created predictive model provided a precise, individualized evaluation of pneumonia risk in patients with MHD. It can be used to identify individuals at high risk of pulmonary infection in patients undergoing MHD and guide their treatment and prognosis follow-up.

CONCLUSIONS: ChatGPT-4o based personalized feedback proved to be an effective tool for enhancing diagnostic performance and supporting learning in dental education. The findings suggest that AI-driven individualized educational strategies hold significant potential in the future of dental training.

Comparative efficacy of 200 mg versus 1200 mg of simethicone with 3 L polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution for afternoon colonoscopy: a randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSION: 200 mg versus 1200 mg of SIM in 3 L PEG-ELS for afternoon colonoscopy demonstrated no statistically significant difference in bowel cleansing quality, ADR and bowel preparation-related adverse events. This evidence supports the clinical feasibility of 200 mg simethicone as an effective alternative for optimizing colonic preparation while maintaining procedural standards.
